More Resources for Episode 6

I have gotten a few questions via email about some of the projects I mentioned during episode 6 of The Peahen’s Ponderings podcast. I figured I would post everything here, so everyone could enjoy! (Also, it let me know that at least a few people listened to the WHOLE thing – thank you! You know who you are!)

First and foremost, I wanted to share a video demonstrating how a Russian knitting purl stitch is made.

While mentioning blockers to completing works in progress (WIPs), I mentioned a knitting project that only needed its ends sewn in. It’s a coffee cup cozy, if you were wondering!

I found it buried in the closet while inventorying my WIPs in preparation for recording the podcast. I think I started it eight years ago? I had meant it for a mother’s day gift. The podcast inspired me to finally finish it and give it to my mom… just a few years late!

Here is the sweater with the arms of uneven length. Note how my bent elbows cleverly hide the mistake!

A lovely sweater... except the arms are different lengths!

And finally, here is a link to my Ravelry projects, if you would like to see what a TERRIBLE project page looks like. I definitely need to clean out everything I’ve given up on… and add some photos of my Angelique!
